Microsoft on Thursday reported that its quarterly profit increased to US$6.5 billion, increased by its shift to computing services hosted in the internet cloud.
The US technology Giant said revenue in the recently ended quarter climbed to US$23.3 billion, with US$7.4 billion of that because of its “intelligent cloud” offerings.
“Advancement over our cloud stages drove solid outcomes this quarter,” Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said in a discharge.
